Your Audience Focused Dramatically improve group interactivity by allowing participants to listen and engage. PolyVision's TS series digitally captures any notes written or projected onto the board, so your audience can focus on the session content rather than concentrating on taking notes. |

Message Consistency There is little room for miscommunication when all session participants have the same notes; simply save your work to a computer for later distribution. Notes can be provided in your choice of format: via e-mail, Internet, intranet, or printed copies. |

your Free Time Projection-oriented users prefer a digital presentation format to a written format; often spending a lot of time creating an interactive experience for the audience. The TS series helps to eliminate the time crunch by capturing notes and annotations on projected images, so it's easy to review the notes made during previous sessions and digitally update presentations accordingly - an ideal solution for educators who specialize in one subject area. |

"This is used by a group of Business Analysts currently designing a new workflow solution for our firm (major project). Since we use process maps as our basic work tool, this board was exactly what was needed to create and maintain our maps from design sessions. We determined that 80% of the normal whiteboard work had to be repeated a some later date. Now we simply pull up the clearly dated map copy for comparative work purposes, I calculated that it would take only 35 saved hours for the board to pay for itself. After a week of heavy use, it looks as though we will save around 12 hours per week by circulating copied maps. This will improve communication (same map and notes for all), improve meeting attention (no note taking), and reduce backfill reviews. Now the only problem we have is that other areas of our IT Department want to use it. Chuck Haag Vice President Process Development Unit national Default Exchange"
"Alex, we will be starting school in a few weeks. I am looking forward to using the smart board. I am still searching for software for Orton Gillingham for the the smart board. Let me know if you have any contacts.Paula"
